Data & Account Deletion.
This page explains how to request deletion of your AGMODELS account and the personal data associated with it, what we delete, what we are legally required to keep, and how long the process takes. AGMODELS is operated by AGModel Management PVT LTD, Mumbai, India.
Request deletion
Send us an email from the address linked to your account with the subject line “Delete my AGMODELS account”. To help us verify you, include the full name on your account. You do not need to reinstall the app.

- Use the subject “Delete my AGMODELS account”.
- Include the full name on your account so we can verify the request.
- We confirm your identity and process the deletion (see timeline below).
If you are represented talent and your account was set up by the agency, you can also ask your agency contact to start the deletion on your behalf.
What we delete
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete or anonymise:
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile details — name, contact information, measurements, social handles, nationality.
- Your uploaded portfolio photos and videos.
- Identity documents held for you (e.g. Aadhaar, PAN, passport details), except where retention is legally required (see below).
- Location check-in records linked to your account.
What we must retain
Some records cannot be deleted immediately because the law requires us to keep them. We retain only the minimum necessary, restrict access to it, and delete it once the legal retention period ends. This includes:
- Financial and tax records — invoices, payments, and GST records, retained as required under Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 8 years).
- Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, for as long as legally necessary.
How long it takes
We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete deletion of eligible data within 30 days of verifying your identity. Backups are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle shortly afterwards.
