1. Who we are

The AGMODELS app is operated by AGModel Management PVT LTD (“AG Models”, “we”, “us”), a modeling agency headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are the data fiduciary responsiblefor the personal data processed through the app under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. Who uses the app

The AGMODELS app is a private, account-based tool used by:

• Agency staff — owners, managers, bookers, accountants, and media managers.
• Represented talent — models, creators, actors, and other talent signed with the agency.

You need an account to use the app. There is no anonymous browsing of personal data.

3. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to represent talent, manage bookings, and run the agency. Depending on your role, this may include:

Account and identity

• Name, email address, phone number, and password (for sign-in).
• Role within the agency and profile photo.

Talent profile data

• Physical measurements — height, weight, bust, waist, hips, shoe size, hair colour, eye colour.
• Portfolio media — photos and videos you or the agency upload.
• Social handles (e.g. Instagram) and nationality.

Identity and tax documents (sensitive)

For contracts, statutory compliance, and processing payments, the agency may record government identifiers such as Aadhaar, PAN, or passport details. We treat these as sensitive, collect them only where legally necessary, and restrict access to authorised staff.

Booking, attendance, and location

• Job and booking records, calendar entries, and audition history.
• Location data — captured only at the moment you check in or out of a job, to confirm on-site attendance. We do not track your location in the background or when the app is closed.

Financial data

• Invoices, payment records, GST details, and payout information relevant to bookings.

Device and usage data

• Basic technical information (device type, app version) and error logs needed to keep the app working and secure.

4. Device permissions and why we ask

The app requests these permissions only for the features that need them. You can decline or revoke any of them in your device settings; the related feature will simply stop working.

• To create and manage your account and agency profile.
• To present talent to clients and brands for relevant bookings.
• To schedule jobs and auditions and confirm attendance.
• To raise invoices, process payments, and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app.
• To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and the agency.

6. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our agreement with you (representation and bookings), and our legal obligations (such as tax and accounting). You can withdraw consent at any time — see Your rightsbelow — though some data may be retained where the law requires it.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Clients and brands — relevant portfolio and profile details, to secure bookings for represented talent.
• Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
  • Supabase — secure database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Cloudflare — video streaming and media delivery.
• Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

8. Data storage and security

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and database-level security rules so that each user can only access the data appropriate to their role. Access to sensitive documents is limited to authorised staff.

9. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we are legally required to retain (for example, financial and tax records, typically up to 8 years under Indian law). 10. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data and delete your account.
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint and have it addressed.

Our service providers may process or store data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data continues to be protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
