Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

The website and the app are run by AGModel Management Private Limited (“AG Models”, “we”, “us”), a modeling agency registered in India, at Wework Nesco IT Park, 10th Floor, Building 4, Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover using the website and the app. They do not replace any signed agreement. If you are a model represented by us, your representation agreement sets out your rights, fees and commission. If you are a client, your booking confirmation, quote or invoice sets out the job and the price. Where a signed agreement and these terms say different things, the signed agreement wins.

3. The AGMODELS app and your account

• The app is for agency staff and for talent we represent. We create or approve every account. You cannot buy anything inside the app, and it carries no advertising.
• You must be 18 or older to hold your own account. For talent under 18, our staff manage the profile together with a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.
• Keep your details correct and up to date, including your measurements, documents and contact numbers. Bookings depend on them.

4. Applying to join

Applying through the Join form is free. AG Models will never charge application fees, request nude photos, or ask for payment from aspirants. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and report it to us.

Sending an application does not mean we will represent you. We review every application and reply when there is a fit. The information you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Photos, videos and other material you upload

• You keep the rights you already have in what you upload. You allow us to store it, edit it into comp cards, packages and portfolios, and show it to clients and partner agencies so we can find you work. For represented talent, your representation agreement sets the full terms of this use.
• Only upload material you have the right to share. If a photographer or client owns a picture, make sure you are allowed to use it in your portfolio.
• You can ask us to remove material at any time from the app or by email. We stop using it for new purposes once it is removed. Copies a client already received for a past booking may stay with that client.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, sexually explicit, or anything that belongs to someone else without permission.

6. Our material

The photos, videos, model profiles, articles and design on the website and in the app belong to us, to the photographers and creative teams credited, or to our clients. You may look at them and share links to them. Do not copy, download in bulk, resell or reuse them (including to train AI models) without written permission from us and from the people credited.

7. Bookings, payments and records

The app shows jobs, call times, invoices, payments and account balances so you can follow your work. These records help you keep track, but the contract and the invoice decide what is owed. If something in the app looks wrong, tell us and we will check it against our accounts and correct it.

8. Rules of use

When you use the website or the app, do not:

• try to reach data or accounts that are not yours;
• copy or scrape model profiles, contact details or other people’s data;
• use the app or the site to harass, threaten or mislead anyone;
• pretend to be AG Models, one of our staff or one of our models;
• interfere with how the website or the app works, or test it for weaknesses without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove material that breaks them.

9. Availability and changes to the app

We work to keep the website and the app running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and we may ask you to update the app to keep using it.

10. Liability

We provide the website and the app as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost work or lost profit, caused by using them or by not being able to use them. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, and nothing here takes away any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the website or the app at any time. To delete your app account and your data, follow the steps on the Data & Account Deletion page. When a representation agreement or staff role ends, we close the related app account. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and tax records, are kept for as long as the law requires.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date above, and for important changes we tell app users in the app. If you keep using the website or the app after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, deal with any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
